Michelle was born and raised in Thunder Bay.  In 2003 she attended Toronto School of Business/Career Canada College, and graduated with honours in the Accounting and Payroll Administration Program.

She was employed with Arding & Co. until June 2007, when the two companies came together as one.

She's a single parent of twins and is devoted to spending quality time with her family and friends.
